Pine Lake Marina
An old family holiday time-share resort was sold to a developer who wanted to change the perceptions from “nice, but a bit long in the tooth” to “nice, family, classy, free-spirited, and fun”. The capital investment on the infrastructural upgrades were significant, and they wanted to match this approach through the communication in terms of branding (especially through signage). The branding is playful and childlike, applied in a variety of settings, from vehicle graphics on the side of the staff school bus [note to Carl take picture] to the large weaver-like nests on the water’s edge… all of which were conceived in our branding process.
